Directions to the office

From the North:
Take Exit 5A off 295. Turn right at the light and again right at the 2nd light on to Congress Street. Continue to the next light (St. John Street). Take a right on St John Street, passing a small strip mall on the right. Ahead of you is a large brick building, 222 St. John Street, also known as the Maine Central Railroad Building. Take a right just before the building and go around back to the main entrance - park anywhere.
PERFORMANCE Hypnosis & Coaching is located on the Ground Floor, in the hallway to your right as you come in the main entrance. Go down the hallway to the left turn and the 2nd door on the left side. The sign on the door says Portland Hypnotherapy.

From the South:
Take Exit 5 off 295. Coming off 295 take the middle ramp on to Congress Street. Continue to the 2nd light (St. John Street). Take a right on St John Street, passing a small strip mall on the right.
